Brad is senior counsel with Williams Law Group, LLC, an Indianapolis based plaintiffs’ litigation firm. Brad was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Super Lawyers publication in the practice area of legal malpractice in 2012 and as one of the Best Lawyers in America in 2025.

Brad’s practice focuses on complex and class litigation, including legal malpractice, commercial litigation, defamation, and civil rights. Brad has obtained multiple jury verdicts in excess of $10 million, including one in excess of $130 million, and is admitted to practice in the States of Indiana and Ohio.

Brad is a native of Westfield, Indiana and attended Wabash College as an Honor Scholar. He graduated from Wabash cum laude with an A.B. in Political Science and obtained his law degree from the University of Notre Dame School of Law. After law school, Brad served as a law clerk to Hon. Mary DeGenaro of Ohio’s Seventh District Court of Appeals, where, in addition to his regular clerkship responsibilities, he helped prepare material for the Ohio exam governing certification as a specialist in Appellate Law.

Brad is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is frequently asked to speak to lawyers on a variety of subjects, including the use of technology in a legal practice and recent developments in Indiana law. Brad is also regularly asked to volunteer as a moot judge for the Indiana Appellate Institute. Brad authors Technolawgical, a column on the use of technology in a legal practice, in the Verdict, the quarterly publication of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
