Williams represented a roofer wrongfully accused of insurance fraud by State Farm, securing the largest defamation verdict in Indiana history after proving State Farm withheld and altered evidence.$3 million verdict for medical device injury
Williams secured compensation for a former school bus driver injured by a defective Cook Medical IVC filter.

The Significance of Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers
Founded in 1950, the American College of Trial Lawyers comprises the top trial lawyers in the United States and Canada. Fellowship extends only by invitation and only after careful investigation to trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose careers reflect the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before consideration for Fellowship.
